My design philosophy

For me, designing isn’t just about creating visually appealing solutions that are effective in looks and function alone — designing is the process of pushing ourselves beyond our creative boundaries and what we imagine is possible, and creating meaningful solutions that are useful to people and improve the lives of others as a whole. Thus, my two encompassing design principles are:

Design for people — Humans are infinitely distinct and complex. What does it mean to design for all? How do you make and solidify a solution that encompasses billions of different kinds of people? I believe that the perspective of designing with diversity is a powerful design approach that leads to the creation of truly comprehensive and impactful designs. Creating designs Additionally, I believe in the importance of accessibility and ease of use, as only when led by functionality, does design brings meaning and efficacy.

Design for progress — I believe in the guiding principle of designing for progress: by working with others and combining our diverse skills together, I can help create solutions that are truly meaningful, useful, and exist for the betterment of an industry and society as a whole.
